Introduction
Designed to be fed to horses and ponies with
anxious temperaments, particularly those that cannot cope with
stressful situations.
Not all horses are anxious for the same reason so TopSpec
Calmer has been developed with much more than a ‘single
ingredient’ approach. It contains yeast, MOS, B vitamins,
magnesium, tryptophan and sepiolite clay, which all act in different
ways to help calm and relax responsive horses. Reduces anxiety without
affecting non-anxious behaviour or presence.
- Can improve performance by improving focus and reducing the
effects of stress.
- It will start to take effect within hours but maximum
effects will be seen within three weeks.
Produced in accordance with the BETA NOPS programme to ensure
it is of the highest standards available for competition use, to give
competitors maximum peace of mind.
Contains only natural ingredients but no herbs.
TopSpec Calmer is a very palatable, caramel-flavoured additive
that should be mixed into damp feed
TopSpec Calmer is supplied in 3kg tubs which
will last a 500kg horse for one month; 9kg tubs which will last the
same horse for three months or would suit 2 to 3 horses and offers a
25% saving; or economic 20kg buckets, ideal for yards, that offer a 40%
saving over the small tubs.
Prince, 18 years old
ex-racehorse, advanced endurance horse, ridden by Kate Williams
"When Prince lost sight in his right eye he became very
anxious, particularly if separated from his equine friends. It became
so bad to the point where he could not be left in the stable as he
would throw himself around. I gave up riding him for nine months
because it was way too dangerous. I recently bought TopSpec Calmer on
the recommendation of a fellow member of Endurance GB. Within two weeks
it turned an unrideable, dangerous horse into a sane, manageable one."
Thank you, thank you, thank you, Kate Williams
"Brian, an ex-racehorse, looks fabulous on TopSpec
Comprehensive Feed Balancer and CoolCondition cubes, everyone says so.
His coat is just like a summer coat (he has not been clipped) and it
has a fantastic shine which must be down to his feeding as he was not
like this last winter and I am not one to spend hours polishing him at
this time of year! We are still making great progress and Brian is now
enjoying jumping. Brian is also on TopSpec Calmer and so much more
relaxed these days" Lisa Hamer
